Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. The festival first debuted in 2022, created as an extension of Netflix’s rapidly expanding stand-up comedy catalog and its popular “Netflix Is a Joke” comedy platform.
