Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Easy to navigate ticket website. Just went to the ND vs Pitt game and used SeatGeek. Very reassuring that the tickets are legitimate and are delivered in a timely manner. Much better than buying tickets from someone on the street.Oct 6

I used these for Billie Eilish’s Hit Me Hard And Soft tour, and I was able to get floor GA seats the day before. Was scared to use it before, but the tickets were real, and I was able to see Billie and have an amazing time. I’d absolutely trust it
