ITSM Engineer
SeatGeek leverages a modern approach to ITSM, embracing DevOps and close integration with the release-pipeline automation framework.

As our ITSM Engineer, your role will span the development, maintenance, and maturation of the processes and tools that support the ITSM functions across the organization. This position will reflect a combination of technology management, process management, the management of related tool sets, and codifying workflows within the FreshService ITSM tool.

What You'll Do

  • Be responsible for our global ITSM processes, and the automation of those processes through the Freshservice ITSM suite. You’ll have a strong focus on incident, change, and configuration
  • Mange close process and technology integration with the release pipeline automation framework
  • Design and optimize modern processes with a focus on speed and automation over command and control
  • Actively participate in planning and strategy discussions and help define the organization and service delivery roadmap

What You Have

  • 6+ years of experience in ITSM with progressive responsibilities
  • ITIL V3 and DevOps experience
  • Experience working with API integration / development
  • Technical development experience in Remedy, Service Now, or FreshService (FreshService strongly preferred)
  • A collaborative, team-player mindset and a positive attitude
