Trust & Safety Manager
The Payments & Risk team is passionate about improving our member experience while preventing financial loss and violations of policy.

We're looking for a manager to help develop and grow a team of talented agents tasked with maintaining the safety of our platform. We are a fast-paced, metrics driven team, and you'll fit right in if you are passionate about solving complex and dynamic issues in real time, and can maintain calm while doing it.

What you'll do

  • Use operational and management experience to develop and grow our talented organization.
  • Take a data-driven approach to make decisions. You'll cultivate and train your team in this as well.
  • Set clear goals for the team, and for individuals. Report on these and provide regular feedback. Celebrate wins and address areas for improvement with equal respect.
  • Be passionate about recruiting, training, and developing the careers of the people on your team while maintaining a friendly, supportive culture.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years experience working around risk, payments, or fraud, including industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Some management experience in a tech or other high-growth environment.
  • Experience leading projects cross-functionally from ideation to completion.
