Great experience
I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.Apr 12

About Kendrick Lamar
Kendrick Lamar began his music career as a teenager in the early 2000s, releasing his first mixtape in 2003 under the stage name K.Dot. Growing up in Compton, California, he quickly gained recognition for his lyrical talent, storytelling ability and introspective style. After a series of mixtapes, he signed with Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE) and released his critically acclaimed project Overly Dedicated in 2010. This mixtape caught the attention of Dr. Dre, leading to a pivotal mentorship and eventually Lamar's signing with Dre’s label, Aftermath Entertainment, which set the stage for his major label debut.
Lamar's first major release, good kid, m.A.A.d city (2012), was a concept album that explored his experiences growing up in Compton and became an instant classic. The album debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 and produced hits like Swimming Pools (Drank) and Poetic Justice. Praised for its cinematic storytelling, good kid, m.A.A.d city received multiple Grammy nominations and established Lamar as one of the most talented and socially conscious rappers of his generation. In 2015, he followed it up with To Pimp a Butterfly, a genre-blending album that incorporated elements of jazz, funk and spoken word to address issues of race, inequality, and self-worth. The album received universal acclaim and won him a Grammy for Best Rap Album, further cementing his influence.
Lamar continued to push boundaries with his 2017 album, DAMN., which won him the Pulitzer Prize for Music—the first non-classical, non-jazz work to do so—highlighting his role as a powerful voice in contemporary music. DAMN. produced chart-topping singles like HUMBLE. and DNA., showing Lamar’s ability to combine mainstream appeal with profound messages. He did the same with his 2022 release, Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, and his only single of 2024, "Not Like Us."
Over the years, Lamar has accumulated numerous awards, including 14 Grammy Awards, and collaborations with major artists like Beyoncé and SZA.
