Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!RP1!

The concert was originally set to take place in 2020 but was placed on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After a grueling two-year wait, the superstars took fans back in time during their epic seven-hour show. The Stadium Tour was the first time Motley Crue had toured in seven years and Def Leppard’s first time in three years, making it a highly desirable tour to attend. After selling out most of their shows, the rock superstars proved to the world that rock is far from dead.
