Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Last Minute Clutch
SeatGeek is awesome! My wife and I tried to purchase tickets through Gametime, but they never sent the tickets. Standing outside of the stadium just before kickoff, we worried that we would miss her first NFL game. Thankfully, SeatGeek sends the tickets directly and efficiently! Seat Geek is surprisingly really good. I’ve used a few of the other ticket apps and they are expensive and charge pretty high fees. The app is super easy to use and works well at the ticket line getting in places. I haven’t had any troubles at all and I’ve been to 10 events using seat geek with my girlfriend. Big Fan!!May 28

Looking for the best ticket prices for a game or concert seat geek is a must have! While it's nice to have on your iPhone while on the go...using it on your iPad is the best! I've used it a lot of times and have gone to some of the biggest events while not paying an arm and a leg!Sep 17

Great prices and low fees
My third year buying tickets from SeatGeek. The availability of tickets and low fees along with seat maps and price recommendations can't be beat. Other sites lure you in with a price but the fees can add 25% or more. Also easy to sell tickets when I can't make it. Finally, tickets available right to start time allowing choices at last minute
