About Bleachers Tickets
Bleachers is the indie pop and alternative rock project founded in 2013 by songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Jack Antonoff. The New Jersey–born musician launched the band while touring with his Grammy-winning group fun., using Bleachers as a creative outlet for deeply personal songs inspired by suburban life, nostalgia, and the emotional storytelling of 1980s pop and John Hughes films. The project quickly gained attention when Bleachers released the breakout single “I Wanna Get Better” in 2014, which topped the U.S. Alternative Airplay chart and introduced fans to Antonoff’s signature blend of cathartic lyrics and arena-sized pop hooks.
Bleachers built momentum with the release of their debut album Strange Desire (2014), followed by Gone Now (2017), Take the Sadness Out of Saturday Night (2021), and the self-titled Bleachers (2024). Across these releases, the band produced fan-favorite songs including “Don’t Take the Money,” “Rollercoaster,” “Stop Making This Hurt,” and “I Wanna Get Better.” Known for energetic live shows and emotionally raw songwriting, Bleachers have evolved from a solo studio project into a full band, with longtime touring musicians officially joining as members in 2023.
Beyond Bleachers, Antonoff has become one of the most influential producers in modern pop music, collaborating with artists such as Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey, Lorde, and St. Vincent while winning multiple Grammy Awards for his production work. At the same time, Bleachers has developed its own devoted fan base, thanks to its nostalgic yet modern sound and powerful live performances. With a new album on the way and a major tour scheduled for 2026, Bleachers continue to solidify their place as one of the most beloved indie rock acts of the past decade.
