Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Ticket Issue
SeatGeek’s team was great in assistance when the seller was not able to transfer the tickets I purchased. SeatGeek sent us tickets in the same section closer to the rink for no additional cost. Would highly recommend.Sep 27

Very user friendly interface. I’ve used SeatGeek several times and have had a flawless experience every time. Just be mindful of the extra fees to make sure your really getting a good deal. Better than expected
As a long time user of Ticketmaster and LiveNation they end up having so many charging fees hidden and with the whole Ticketmaster fiasco I’ve been looking for a new place to get tickets and this one is amazing they include fees so I won’t have to be bothered with guessing how much more it’d be
