Great app for tickets!
Used mainly for Cavs tickets, but this app and company is great with buying tickets. Even when there is an issue, customer service is excellent and will fix problems. Love Seatgeek!Sep 3
Should be called Seat Easy
First time using and I was amazed how easy it was to search for my tickets, set up the app to purchase and then finalize. Tickets were in my app within seconds. Will DEFINITELY be using again and again!!Nov 4
Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing.
