As stated in their advertising, they are literally the best most simple way to get tickets to your favorite events. I use Seat Geek for concerts, NHL games, and NFL games.

My wife and I used Seat Geek for the first time last year we bought tickets for both nights of the Metallica concert in May in Nashville and we are outside of Chicago so it was a vacation we had to save for we bought the cheapest tickets and the day of because of production issues they moved us 5 rows from the floor great seats and they made it really right. Love the app, always use it, I used to compare prices but realized Seat Geek is by far the easiest process to buy tickets. Will always use this app and recommend to friends.

Used mainly for Cavs tickets, but this app and company is great with buying tickets. Even when there is an issue, customer service is excellent and will fix problems. Love Seatgeek!

No issues with ticket reception, unlike StubHub which has screwed me over one too many times. I do wish they would ease off on their fees a little.

I have never had any issues and if I did they have always been there timely and with being nice to the customer . Worth the fee to purchase from here .
