Best ticketing app ever, easy to use, and it shows the view from your seatJun 9
Great prices and low fees
My third year buying tickets from SeatGeek. The availability of tickets and low fees along with seat maps and price recommendations can't be beat. Other sites lure you in with a price but the fees can add 25% or more. Also easy to sell tickets when I can't make it. Finally, tickets available right to start time allowing choices at last minuteJul 4
Better than expected
As a long time user of Ticketmaster and LiveNation they end up having so many charging fees hidden and with the whole Ticketmaster fiasco I’ve been looking for a new place to get tickets and this one is amazing they include fees so I won’t have to be bothered with guessing how much more it’d beAug 29
Great tickets at good prices - easy to use app!
Great selection of resale tickets (better than with other apps!). App is easy to use. Pricing states that it includes fees but there is an additional fee upon check-out, similar to other apps.Oct 2
Most Intuitive App
This is best app i’ve used to purchase tickets, hands down! I purchase a ton of tickets to live events, and i’ve only had the best experiences using SeatGeek. The deal score feature is incredible and I especially like that you have seat views within the app! Real simple to use!Feb 7
Exceptional Customer Service
I can’t be more impressed with seat geek. I had an issue with an event that I was going to was canceled. I contacted them and they promptly took care of the issue and I got my money back. Truly appreciate the help!Aug 31
Easy ticket transfers. Makes getting to show a cince!
Perfect way to get tickets and get them to those that want to go last minute. Super easy and helpful can’t tell you how many times I given tickets to friends last minuteOct 15
Reliable and User Friendly
No issues with ticket reception, unlike StubHub which has screwed me over one too many times. I do wish they would ease off on their fees a little.Oct 21
Best ticketing option
Won’t use any ticketing option outside of seat geek. Completely stress free & hasn’t left me hanging onceJul 7
Great experience
I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.
