The email address used for a SeatGeek order determines where order confirmations and ticket delivery messages are sent.
This email may be different from the email associated with your SeatGeek account.
Why this happens
Sometimes an order is placed using:
- A typo in the email address
- An old or inactive email
- A different email than the one used for your SeatGeek account
When this happens, ticket delivery emails may be sent to the incorrect address.

Our team can help verify your order and update the email address associated with that purchase.
Important
- Changing your SeatGeek account email will not update existing orders.
- Creating a new account with the correct email will not move the order automatically.
