Great UI I can search though all the options and make the best choice of view and values The best way to search is to “include fees” to avoid any sticker shock at checkout.Sep 19
Seat Geek Is Great
I love seatgeak because when I used it. Like 2 times it was very easy to find a seat I liked and it worked super well. The value dots are amazing as well green is good and red is bad and orange is ok. I like that it’s visual. Also the interface is very simplistic and easy to navigate. 5 stars!Aug 29
Great tickets at good prices - easy to use app!
Great selection of resale tickets (better than with other apps!). App is easy to use. Pricing states that it includes fees but there is an additional fee upon check-out, similar to other apps.May 17

I use Seat Geek for Concert Tickets. Sometimes they send my orders to Ticketmaster to handle the process. It’s cool though. I’ve never had any problems.Nov 4
Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Seat Geek is surprisingly really good. I’ve used a few of the other ticket apps and they are expensive and charge pretty high fees. The app is super easy to use and works well at the ticket line getting in places. I haven’t had any troubles at all and I’ve been to 10 events using seat geek with my girlfriend. Big Fan!!Nov 2
it’s great
it does the job and i like the lack of secretive fees. though, i would recommend to anyone to check the website of the event/artist to see if there are competitive prices. additionally, i would recommend checking axs.
