I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. We had the best club seats for the TCU and Michigan game New Years Eve. The view was exactly like what we saw when we looked on Seat Geek. The app made the process easy. We’d use Seat Geek again.
