So far seat geek has been great… I can see my tickets for my upcoming event.. I didn’t have to search for them.. they were available for as soon as I downloaded the app.. it’s been awesome thus far…

I love that you can get a credit for your tickets. So many times plans change and I can reuse them

Good ticket for concert and sports events are great and limited to find cheap seats choose from

I use Seat Geek for Concert Tickets. Sometimes they send my orders to Ticketmaster to handle the process. It’s cool though. I’ve never had any problems.

My wife and I used Seat Geek for the first time last year we bought tickets for both nights of the Metallica concert in May in Nashville and we are outside of Chicago so it was a vacation we had to save for we bought the cheapest tickets and the day of because of production issues they moved us 5 rows from the floor great seats and they made it really right. What a great app to get tickets for local events on the cheap . I can’t believe I didn’t use this before . I would have saved so much . I hope you have the opportunity to access this .

I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!
