Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. it does the job and i like the lack of secretive fees. though, i would recommend to anyone to check the website of the event/artist to see if there are competitive prices. additionally, i would recommend checking axs.Jan 9
Ticket Issue
SeatGeek’s team was great in assistance when the seller was not able to transfer the tickets I purchased. SeatGeek sent us tickets in the same section closer to the rink for no additional cost. Would highly recommend.Feb 11
BEST TICKET APP OUT THERE
Love seat geek! I use it for any event concerts, baseball games, college football/basketball, etc and it never gives me any problems. It is very convenient as well and allows almost all tickets to be loaded to apple wallet! It’s great!Aug 29
Great tickets at good prices - easy to use app!
