I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Love this site and use it for all of my tickets! Love that you get a view of the seats. They deliver quickly and have great customer service should you need. They are always reliable. And often a few hundred dollars cheaper than other sites.
