Better than expected
As a long time user of Ticketmaster and LiveNation they end up having so many charging fees hidden and with the whole Ticketmaster fiasco I’ve been looking for a new place to get tickets and this one is amazing they include fees so I won’t have to be bothered with guessing how much more it’d beNov 20

Easy to navigate ticket website. Just went to the ND vs Pitt game and used SeatGeek. Very reassuring that the tickets are legitimate and are delivered in a timely manner. Much better than buying tickets from someone on the street.Nov 4
Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Love seat geek! I use it for any event concerts, baseball games, college football/basketball, etc and it never gives me any problems. It is very convenient as well and allows almost all tickets to be loaded to apple wallet! It’s great!Oct 16
