Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Son of famous country musician Rhett Akins, Thomas Rett followed in his father's footsteps pursuing life as a country musician. He was born in Valdosta, Georgia which enveloped him in southern culture and country music, inspiring the direction of his musical career. His sound blends the down-to-earth staples of country music with idealistic upbeat pop. Thomas Rett began as a musician playing drums and would periodically play onstage with his father's band. Later on, he sought a degree in communications but quickly dropped out to wholly pursue life as a musician. Not long after leaving college, Thomas Rett landed a publishing deal with Big Machine Label Group to write songs. He largely left drums behind and thrived as a singer-songwriter and guitarist.
