Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. You and your family will won’t want the fun to end, but even though the entire experience is about 120 minutes, the memories will last forever…and ever! You may be on the edge of your seat the whole time – except for snack breaks during a 15-20 minute intermission.
