I have never had any issues and if I did they have always been there timely and with being nice to the customer . Worth the fee to purchase from here .May 17

It’s so easy to navigate and so easy to get my tickets. Literally got a ticket when the concert had already started and it worked so easily. I’ve tried a ton of other ticket apps and this one is just my favorite.
