I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!

After this app was pushed and shoved to my face by every influencer and public figure I finally budged! And I regret not doing so sooner! Thank you TRISHA PAYTAS! This really is the best app to shop concerts and events! I’ve gone to 5 different concerts this year all thanks to seat geek! I’ve been able to get floor or front row tickets for mayor concerts like Olivia Rodrigo, Nicki Minaj, Gloria Trevi, the Cancrlled pod! i have 7 or 8 concert apps - which one do i invariably revert to almost every time - im a geek seat lover and you will be to - less fees better info

As a long time user of Ticketmaster and LiveNation they end up having so many charging fees hidden and with the whole Ticketmaster fiasco I’ve been looking for a new place to get tickets and this one is amazing they include fees so I won’t have to be bothered with guessing how much more it’d be
