I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. I love this app! I've used it for years, it's super easy to navigate, always has great deals on tickets, and will notify you when artists you like have shows near you!
