Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Every event i’ve ever been to, I know I can always trust this app for purchasing tickets. My first ever concert was Tyler, the Creators Chromakopia world tour in Philly. SeatGeek made not only finding amazing suite seats super easy but made finding parking easy too! I have most of the ticket apps, but SeatGeek is the only one I use. The tickets are consistently cheaper than other apps, and I love the feature they have where you can see the view from your seat! I will always recommend!
