No issues with ticket reception, unlike StubHub which has screwed me over one too many times. I do wish they would ease off on their fees a little.

Beat my head against the wall trying to buy tickets from another “officially sanctioned” outfit and nothing but frustration. Went to seat geek. 5 minutes later I have nice seats in my phone’s wallet. Easy

In the last two weeks, we have used seat geek twice. Once for Yankees vs Blue jays and blue jays vs cubs. Each time the seat selection and delivery were easy. I wish the seats were a better deal but each city sets their prices. We are enjoying the app

Purchased VIP packages for the MAYHEM Ball on opening night in sin city and looking forward to getting my paws on a package for one of the LA shows

I used this mainly for football tickets but also used it for comedy shows and I love it

I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.

Very convenient to sell tickets. SeatGeek provides a recommended price and then lists your tickets as a good or bad deal. Every pair of tickets that I’ve listed has sold quickly and they only charge a 10% fee for the sale, not bad at all.

I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!
