Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. The BEST

Most Intuitive App
This is best app i’ve used to purchase tickets, hands down! I purchase a ton of tickets to live events, and i’ve only had the best experiences using SeatGeek. The deal score feature is incredible and I especially like that you have seat views within the app! Real simple to use!May 15

The best ticket app
Very convenient to sell tickets. SeatGeek provides a recommended price and then lists your tickets as a good or bad deal. Every pair of tickets that I’ve listed has sold quickly and they only charge a 10% fee for the sale, not bad at all.Sep 1

Excellent ticket source
Easy to navigate ticket website. Just went to the ND vs Pitt game and used SeatGeek. Very reassuring that the tickets are legitimate and are delivered in a timely manner. Much better than buying tickets from someone on the street.Sep 16

It’s so easy to navigate and so easy to get my tickets. Literally got a ticket when the concert had already started and it worked so easily. I’ve tried a ton of other ticket apps and this one is just my favorite.
