I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. This is an amazing app to buy tickets! It is so easy to use and it transfers the tickets like right away after you purchased it. I definitely plan to use them again.
