The Heavy Petal Tour is Sierra Ferrell's 2026 touring run in support of her Grammy-nominated album Trail of Flowers. Announced in February 2026, the tour spans more than 40 dates across North America and Europe, including headlining shows and festival appearances. It follows Ferrell's career-defining year in which she won both Artist of the Year and Album of the Year at the Americana Honors & Awards.

The Heavy Petal Tour supports Trail of Flowers, Sierra Ferrell's 2024 album released on Rounder Records. The record moves between freewheeling bluegrass, gritty honky-tonk, and haunting old-time music, featuring guest appearances from Lukas Nelson and Nikki Lane. Trail of Flowers earned four Grammy nominations and swept the Americana Honors & Awards for Artist of the Year and Album of the Year. A Trail of Flowers Digital Deluxe Edition is also available.

Trail of Flowers earned Sierra Ferrell four Grammy nominations — Best Americana Album, Best American Roots Performance for Lighthouse, Best Americana Performance for American Dreaming, and Best American Roots Song for American Dreaming — as well as Artist of the Year and Album of the Year at the Americana Honors & Awards. These accolades made Trail of Flowers one of the most acclaimed Americana releases in recent memory. The Heavy Petal Tour follows this award-winning cycle and brings the album's music to audiences across the country.

The Heavy Petal Tour showcases the wide-ranging sound of Trail of Flowers, which moves fluidly between bluegrass, old-time music, honky-tonk, and folk. Sierra Ferrell's live show is known for high-spirited performances that highlight her skills as a multi-instrumentalist, including the feverish fiddle work featured on tracks like Fox Hunt. Fans can expect a setlist drawing heavily from Trail of Flowers as well as material from her 2021 debut Long Time Coming.
