The New Pornographers Tickets

The Former Site Of is The New Pornographers' tenth studio album, released on March 27, 2026 via Merge Records. It is the follow-up to Continue as a Guest and features bandleader A.C. Newman alongside Neko Case, Kathryn Calder, John Collins, Todd Fancey, and Joe Seiders. The album was preceded by the single Votive and has been described as one of the band's most adventurous records, pushing into fresh sonic territory while retaining the melodic power that defines their catalog.

The Former Site Of is considered by critics to represent one of The New Pornographers' most ambitious creative leaps to date. Where Continue as a Guest, their eighth album, was praised for its lush and expansive sound, The Former Site Of pushes further into experimental territory while retaining the band's signature melodic density and multi-vocal interplay. The record arrived on Merge Records, the same label that released Continue as a Guest, and stands alongside celebrated earlier records like Challengers and Together as evidence of the band's ongoing creative evolution.
