Arm’s Length is a Canadian emo rock band originally formed in 2019 in Quinte West, Ontario by friends Allen Steinberg (vocals/guitar) and Jeremy Whyte (guitar/vocals), soon joined by Jeff Whyte (drums) and later Benjamin Greenblatt (bass). Known for blending emotive lyrics with melodic hooks and dynamic energy rooted in emo and pop-punk influences, they quickly made a name for themselves within the modern emo scene. Early releases like their debut LP and EPs helped them build a passionate fanbase through heartfelt songwriting and spirited live shows.

Arm’s Length’s most recent album is There’s a Whole World Out There, released on May 16, 2025 via Pure Noise Records. This sophomore LP explores themes like personal struggle, growth, and emotional resilience, and it builds on the momentum from their debut while showcasing stronger songwriting depth. The record has been supported by singles that highlight both the band’s raw emotional core and their knack for hook-driven emo rock.
