Season Ticket Pricing Information

Seeing that the team is in the midst of a nine-year run without a single playoff appearance, it’s not much of a surprise that the Jets have one of the more affordable average ticket prices in the league. According to Statista, the average ticket price for the Jets is currently $94.16, which is about eight dollars less than the NFL average ticket price.

For the 2019 campaign, the least expensive season ticket for MetLife Stadium was the 300-level corner/endzone sections, which cost $45.00 per game. Lower-level seats ranged from $115.00 to $170.00 per game, with club seats starting at $220.00 and going all the way up to $715.00 per seat. Personal Seat License

On top of the cost of season tickets, there’s another required expense for potential season ticket buyers, which is called a Personal Seat License, or PSL. The Jets require all season ticket holders purchasing lower bowl seats to also pay for a PSL, which is a one-time payment per seat securing the right to buy season tickets.

PSLs for the Jets start at $4,000 per seat for seating sections located in the end zones and go all the way up to $15,000 per seat for the best seating sections abutting the 30-yard line. Mezzanine level PSLs range from $5,000 to $25,000 per seat, while lower level club seats will cost in the range of $20,000 to $30,000. Given the hefty upfront cost for most of the PSLs at MetLife Stadium, the Jets offer season ticket holders the ability to finance their PSLs over the course of 5 years or 15 years.

Although purchasing a PSL requires a significant upfront cost, there’s one key benefit – the ability to sell or transfer your seats at any time through various PSL marketplaces. Buying a personal seat license is similar to investing in a stock on the stock market, as the value of the license is likely to go up if a team performs well for a few years in a row.
