Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Great prices, no hassle
Ive used seatgeek for about a year now to book all of the broadway shows I take my friends/family too. 10/10 would recommend for someone who has no clue what their doing but wants to have a good time (me)
