My wife and I used Seat Geek for the first time last year we bought tickets for both nights of the Metallica concert in May in Nashville and we are outside of Chicago so it was a vacation we had to save for we bought the cheapest tickets and the day of because of production issues they moved us 5 rows from the floor great seats and they made it really right. My first ever concert was Tyler, the Creators Chromakopia world tour in Philly. SeatGeek made not only finding amazing suite seats super easy but made finding parking easy too! Beat my head against the wall trying to buy tickets from another “officially sanctioned” outfit and nothing but frustration. Went to seat geek. 5 minutes later I have nice seats in my phone’s wallet. Easy

I use Seat Geek for Concert Tickets. Sometimes they send my orders to Ticketmaster to handle the process. It’s cool though. I’ve never had any problems.

I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.

The best app we’ve used thus far! We had another app that crashed while we were trying to r test the stadium! Seat geek has the best views do you’ll know how the setup is before buying, great prices and terrific customer service!

Great UI I can search though all the options and make the best choice of view and values The best way to search is to “include fees” to avoid any sticker shock at checkout.

Used mainly for Cavs tickets, but this app and company is great with buying tickets. Even when there is an issue, customer service is excellent and will fix problems. Love Seatgeek!
