Seat Geek Is Great
I love seatgeak because when I used it. Like 2 times it was very easy to find a seat I liked and it worked super well. The value dots are amazing as well green is good and red is bad and orange is ok. I like that it’s visual. Also the interface is very simplistic and easy to navigate. 5 stars!JL1398

Thank you seat geek!
Beat my head against the wall trying to buy tickets from another “officially sanctioned” outfit and nothing but frustration. Went to seat geek. 5 minutes later I have nice seats in my phone’s wallet. EasyHuskyHog

Great experience
I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.Edgar24253

About NewDad Tickets
NewDad is an Irish indie rock band from Galway, formed in 2018. The core members are Julie Dawson (vocals, guitar), Fiachra Parslow (drums), and Sean O’Dowd (guitar). Originally they got together while in secondary school as a way to avoid having to perform solo for their Leaving Certificate practical music exam, rehearsing in a friend’s garden shed. Early on, Áindle O’Beirn played bass, later replaced by Cara Joshi, and then more recently by touring member Marie Freiss. Their early releases included singles like “How,” “Swimming,” “Cry,” “Blue,” and “I Don’t Recognise You,” which started to build their reputation through streaming and local buzz.
Their debut EP Waves (2021) and follow-up Banshee (2022) showed their sound developing — dream-pop and shoegaze textures, emotionally honest lyrics, and a growing ambition in production. In January 2024 they released their first full-length album Madra, produced with Chris W. Ryan, mixed by Alan Moulder, recorded at Rockfield Studios. Madra was well received by critics, debuted at No. 6 on the Irish Albums Chart, and helped them expand their reach with tours across the UK, Europe, Asia, and North America and support slots with bands such as Pixies, The War on Drugs, and Fontaines D.C.
In 2025 they continued their momentum. In May they released the EP Safe and later announced their second studio album Altar, which came out on 19 September 2025. Altar shows them pushing further artistically, dealing with themes of identity, homesickness, ambition and sacrifice, influenced in part by their move from Galway to London. It features bigger, bolder sounds alongside tender moments, and has been accompanied by singles like “Roobosh” and “Pretty.” They have also announced a UK / European tour in support of Altar, cementing their rise in the indie rock world.
