Exceptional Customer Service
I can’t be more impressed with seat geek. I had an issue with an event that I was going to was canceled. I contacted them and they promptly took care of the issue and I got my money back. Truly appreciate the help!Oct 15
Seat Geek is awesome
I’ve gone to more concerts this year than I ever have. Great pricing great seats no hassleOct 15
Reliable and User Friendly
No issues with ticket reception, unlike StubHub which has screwed me over one too many times. I do wish they would ease off on their fees a little.Oct 21
Cool app
Really like getting raked over with fees and rigged tickets, but hey, what can you do? The app works great….Oct 16
Returns
I love that you can get a credit for your tickets. So many times plans change and I can reuse themNov 17
TCU Frogs 💜
We had the best club seats for the TCU and Michigan game New Years Eve. The view was exactly like what we saw when we looked on Seat Geek. The app made the process easy. We’d use Seat Geek again.Jul 7
Great experience
I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.Jun 13
Went to the Kendrick Sza GNX TOUR
Easy payment, used Affirm to pay for my floor seat! It was so fun and I finished paying for the ticket just this week after the concert. Super easy to look and browse upcoming shows. Thanks seat geek for affordable ticket pricing for an amazing experience 🥰Oct 9
Reliable and easy
Unlike other ticket sellers there is barely any hidden fees and straight up. It makes buying tickets for me very easy
