Sam Smith Tickets

Sam Smith will perform a 12-show residency at Warsaw, an intimate Brooklyn venue in the Greenpoint neighborhood. Presented under the title To Be Free: New York City, the series aligns with their introspective new single “To Be Free,” released in July 2025.

Sam Smith's To Be Free: New York City residency runs from October 8 through October 31, 2025, with performances on Oct 8, 10, 11, 15, 17, 18, 21, 22, 24, 29, 30 and 31. All shows take place at Warsaw in Brooklyn, which accommodates approximately 1,000 attendees per night.

Sam Smith is an English singer-songwriter who burst onto the global music scene in 2012 with the Disclosure feature “Latch,” showcasing their distinctive soulful vocals. They rose to prominence with their debut album In the Lonely Hour (2014), earning multiple Grammy Awards and recognition for emotionally intimate songwriting and powerful performances. Over the years, Sam Smith has continued to evolve artistically, while also advocating for LGBTQ+ visibility—they came out as non-binary in 2019.

Sam Smith's most recent studio album is Gloria, released on January 27, 2023, through Capitol Records. The album explores themes of liberation, desire, and selfhood, and includes successful singles like “Love Me More,” “I’m Not Here to Make Friends” and the chart-topping “Unholy” with Kim Petras. In 2025, Sam Smith released the emotionally charged single “To Be Free," described as the start of a new creative era—though no full album details or tour have been announced yet.

Sam Smith’s style is gender-fluid, glamorous and unapologetically queer. They blend elements of high fashion, vintage drama and kink-inspired couture — think corsets, pearls, platform boots, lace, latex and structured silhouettes. Their fashion reflects self-expression and liberation.

Sam Smith is considered a queer pop artist, both in identity and in artistic expression. Their music often explores queer love, heartbreak, desire, shame and freedom, from ballads like “Lay Me Down” to club tracks like “Unholy.”

Sam Smith has won many awards, including:

5 Grammy awards - Best New Artist, Record of the Year, Song of the Year (Stay with Me), Best Pop Vocal Album, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance (Unholy with Kim Petras), 1 Oscar - Best Original Song (Writing's on the Wall from Spectre), 3 Brit Awards - Critics' Choice Award, British Breakthrough Act, Global Success Act, 1 American Music Awards - Favorite Pop/Rock Male Artist, 1 BET Award for Best New Artist, Multiple Billboard Music Awards, iHeartRadio Awards, and others across various international outlets.
