Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!May 15
This App works
Great UI I can search though all the options and make the best choice of view and values The best way to search is to “include fees” to avoid any sticker shock at checkout.Sep 20

CONCERTS
I use Seat Geek for Concert Tickets. Sometimes they send my orders to Ticketmaster to handle the process. It’s cool though. I’ve never had any problems.Sep 12
Prices, Seat Views, Row Designation…
Seat Geek!! Best prices with fees included! Immediate receipt of tickets via app!! Seat/Row views! The Row Designation line in the stadium chart view! App remembers my “include fees” option (don’t have to constantly check if “fees included” tab is chosen/on)!!Jun 30
My go to ticket app
SeatGeek is my new go to app for all things ticket related. I like the deals ratings, letting me know if I’m getting a good deal on the tickets.Jun 9
Great prices and low fees
My third year buying tickets from SeatGeek. The availability of tickets and low fees along with seat maps and price recommendations can't be beat. Other sites lure you in with a price but the fees can add 25% or more. Also easy to sell tickets when I can't make it. Finally, tickets available right to start time allowing choices at last minuteJan 12
