It’s my go to
There is a reason why so many YouTubers promote this app. It’s so quality and truly does find the best deals and seating every where. Also, it simply finds events that are poorly advertised else where. If it not been for seat geek I would not of known AEW was in my area soon. One thing I’d like to suggest is maybe have a feature where users can select interests and be notified when said interests are within a 50 mile radius. That would be a cool featureJan 31

SeatGeek is the best, 100% recommend they have the best deals. If u want to buy tickets like I did for Peso Pluma. They gave the best prices and best seats u can imagine.Nov 2

it does the job and i like the lack of secretive fees. though, i would recommend to anyone to check the website of the event/artist to see if there are competitive prices. additionally, i would recommend checking axs.Aug 27

Everyone review is different. Mine was good. I bought tickets to see future in Washington D.C. I received confirmation email right away and tickets were sent . Looking forward to buying again. Will keep you updated.Nov 4
Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!May 10

Great experience
I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.
