Great App
SeatGeek has gotten a lot better and easier to use. In the past I would avoid it, but they have really worked hard and making it easy and intuitive to use.Feb 7
Exceptional Customer Service
I can’t be more impressed with seat geek. I had an issue with an event that I was going to was canceled. I contacted them and they promptly took care of the issue and I got my money back. Truly appreciate the help!Oct 12
Very smart way to buy great seats
SeatGeek has a Excellent way to make sure you get the best ticket results for the best price that is available. Especially basketball games or concerts even after the event has startedJan 29
It’s my go to
There is a reason why so many YouTubers promote this app. It’s so quality and truly does find the best deals and seating every where. Also, it simply finds events that are poorly advertised else where. If it not been for seat geek I would not of known AEW was in my area soon. One thing I’d like to suggest is maybe have a feature where users can select interests and be notified when said interests are within a 50 mile radius. That would be a cool featureMar 6

The app is fully supported for easy access and understanding. I am pleased with how accessible tickets are and how easy it is to purchase them on the app.Oct 8

Better than expected
As a long time user of Ticketmaster and LiveNation they end up having so many charging fees hidden and with the whole Ticketmaster fiasco I’ve been looking for a new place to get tickets and this one is amazing they include fees so I won’t have to be bothered with guessing how much more it’d beMay 27

Great way to buy tickets
SeatGeek has a great interface and it is very easy and straightforward to use! Best to use when the team/artist uses SeatGeek as their official site for selling tickets.
