Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. it does the job and i like the lack of secretive fees. though, i would recommend to anyone to check the website of the event/artist to see if there are competitive prices. additionally, i would recommend checking axs.Oct 3

Ap notifications on promos are good, email promos are good. It’s not an overload of spam. They need to market deals somehow, and they do it well.Jun 23
The best ticket app
Very convenient to sell tickets. SeatGeek provides a recommended price and then lists your tickets as a good or bad deal. Every pair of tickets that I’ve listed has sold quickly and they only charge a 10% fee for the sale, not bad at all.Oct 6
Better the rest!
Has better view of seating and it’s the easiest to use out of vivid, events ticket center, Ticketmaster and stub hub. And most importantly, I always find the best prices on SeatGeek!Sep 28

Very easy to use
This app is much easier to use than other ticket apps I wish we could download sales history and I also wish for buyer to have better ‘view from the seat’ (row 2 v row 30 should look different).Jul 4
Better than expected
As a long time user of Ticketmaster and LiveNation they end up having so many charging fees hidden and with the whole Ticketmaster fiasco I’ve been looking for a new place to get tickets and this one is amazing they include fees so I won’t have to be bothered with guessing how much more it’d beOct 3
Best Deals during Crazy Inflation no 🧢
No 🧢 I never been to so many baseball games in one season until this year when i downloaded seatgeek i went to 7 baseball games this season and had amazing seats near the field for no more than $20😭😭😭. If u wanna go to any event and wanna have money still with inflation on the rise, i highly suggest this app only.
