    Great app with great deals

Very user friendly interface. I’ve used SeatGeek several times and have had a flawless experience every time. Just be mindful of the extra fees to make sure your really getting a good deal. You can toggle on the “See with incl fees” feature to give you a better sense of the value while you search for seats.

    The best ticket app

Very convenient to sell tickets. SeatGeek provides a recommended price and then lists your tickets as a good or bad deal. Every pair of tickets that I’ve listed has sold quickly and they only charge a 10% fee for the sale, not bad at all.

About the Rose Bowl Tickets

The Rose Bowl, often referred to as "The Granddaddy of Them All," is the oldest college football bowl game, originating on January 1, 1902. The game was first played as part of the Tournament of Roses celebration in Pasadena, California, designed to promote the area's warm climate. Initially, the game featured Stanford and Michigan, but it ended in a one-sided victory for Michigan, 49-0. This lopsided result temporarily paused the event until it was reintroduced in 1916. Since then, the Rose Bowl has been played annually on New Year's Day (or January 2 if New Year's falls on a Sunday), becoming a cherished tradition in college football.

The Rose Bowl traditionally pairs the champions of the Big Ten and Pac-12 conferences, a tradition that has defined much of its history. Known for its picturesque setting with the San Gabriel Mountains in the background, the game has become synonymous with pageantry and competitive matchups. The Rose Bowl also plays a significant role in the College Football Playoff era, occasionally serving as one of the playoff semifinals. Its long-standing association with the Tournament of Roses Parade further enhances its reputation as a hallmark event in American sports.

Notable moments in Rose Bowl history include the 2006 game between Texas and USC, often considered one of the greatest college football games of all time. Texas quarterback Vince Young led a dramatic last-minute touchdown drive to secure a 41-38 victory and the national championship. Another iconic game was the 1973 matchup between USC and Ohio State, where Heisman Trophy winner O.J. Simpson showcased his dominance. The 1997 Rose Bowl was also memorable, as it featured Michigan quarterback Brian Griese leading the Wolverines to a national title in a thrilling victory over Washington State.

The Rose Bowl's legacy goes beyond the game itself, representing a bridge between tradition and modernity in college football. As the oldest bowl game, it has been a stage for legendary players, teams, and unforgettable moments. Its ability to adapt to changes, such as its inclusion in the College Football Playoff system, while maintaining its historic traditions, ensures its place as a cornerstone of the sport. As a playoff host, the Rose Bowl continues to captivate fans with its rich history and enduring significance.
