We’re looking for a leader with a modern and progressive take on IT Services Management. We need controls and we need to pass audits, but we want to do it in a way that eliminates unnecessary complications and roadblocks.

As the Director, IT Services Management, you’ll play a hands on role designing and managing our ITSM functions. You’ll use a combination of technology management, process management, and tool-set management to ensure that things get done reliably, and in a way that passes audit muster. We love automation, and driving automation will be a key part of this role.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, manage, and evolve our ITSM platform
  • Design and manage our ITSM functions including: incident management, change management, configuration / asset management (think meta!), and problem management
  • Build and lead an effective team
  • Maintain and evolve processes and tools that support ITSM functions across the organization
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with emerging regulations and client certification requirements

Who You Are

  • A skilled and transparent decision maker. You can motivate and influence in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter with the ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of employees
  • You’ve led ITSM programs, most notably, incident management, change management, and configuration / asset management in a progressive and modern way
  • You likely come from a fast-paced and high-growth tech company
  • You’ve developed and managed ITSM programs in organizations that were subject to control audits, such as SOC II, SOX, ISO 27000, etc.
  • Adaptable. You can work in a dynamic organization and adjust to changing business requirements
  • Analytical. You have deep technical skills and can get into the weeds while staying focused on the big picture.

What You Have

  • 6+ years experience in ITSM with progressive responsibilities
  • Technical development experience in Remedy, Service Now, or Manage Engine Service Desk Plus
  • Expert level understanding of ITSM and SRE processes and their role in audit and compliance
  • ITIL V3 and DevOps experience
