SeatGeek is scaling rapidly, and looking for a Head of Sales Operations leader to define, build, and manage operations across our emerging Enterprise business.

This is a key role at SeatGeek, partnering directly with leaders in Sales, Finance, and Product to support the growth we’re experiencing and to provide leadership on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects. You’ll lead or drive efforts designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Be hands on from day 1. You’ll design, shape, and execute projects focused on actioning key business drivers on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Work cross-functionally. You’ll drive communication and collaboration across our cross-functional teams; including Support, Marketing, Product, Implementations, Finance, and Sales
  • Plan and look ahead. Leading market sizing and forecasting efforts for the sales team across multiple verticals and countries, you’ll identify and direct the impactful policies, management practices, and business/org planning efforts needed across SeatGeek as we continue to scale
  • Lead a team of your own. You’ll grow, manage, and coach an international and sales operations team focused on operational excellence and productivity in the US and beyond

What You're Known For

  • Dynamic, strong interpersonal and team building skills – ability to work with and lead a diverse team; influence/drive change across functional, geographic, and business boundaries.
  • Hustle & creativity – Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement processes and approaches from scratch across multiple B2B functions
  • Thoughtfulness & objectivity – Ability to lead analysis of metrics and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages and presentations, balancing feedback from the field with data-driven approaches

What You Have

  • 7+ years of overall experience in tech or management consulting firms, preferably with enterprise startup environments
  • 4+ years in a sales operations or business operations capacity focused on strategy/planning and operations
  • Strong experience using Salesforce and MS Excel for modeling and forecasting
  • Experience in managing a team of your own
  • Experience using SQL and other BI tools are strong nice-to-haves
  • Experience as a sales leader or general manager is a plus
