Training Specialist

SeatGeek Enterprise is growing rapidly. We’re looking for a hands-on Training Specialist who will drive training, skill development, and onboarding to scale the operational needs of our Client Services function.

Our Client Services team at SeatGeek is responsible for the implementation and ongoing technical support of our B2B customers like the Saints and Cowboys. In this role, you’ll be working to better equip and train our team in their understanding of our box office ticketing software, SRO.

What You'll Do

  • Become an expert in our box office ticketing software, SRO
  • Regularly update and solicit feedback on training experience and materials to keep information accurate and effective
  • Create and institutionalize training certifications for internal teams and external customers
  • Beyond onboarding, you’ll also create and maintain an ongoing training and re-certification program for continuous learning and development
  • Coordinate and facilitate all trainings, including in-person, virtual, and online through an LMS
  • Work closely with client services leadership to interpret client feedback and identify training needs
  • Assess the effectiveness of trainings and determine the impact of training on employee skills and the impact on KPIs
  • Develop and manage an onboarding program for all new client services hires. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing and continuously improving the curriculum, planning each lesson, and ensuring all new hires get certified in using SRO

Who You Are

  • Technically inclined - You aren’t afraid to learn the ins and outs of a new software system and pick up new things quickly
  • Metrics driven - You are passionate about measuring the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on overall client satisfaction and software adoption
  • A strong project manager - You can juggle multiple tasks and priorities easily
  • Collaborative - You’ll work with all new client services hires to make their onboarding productive and you’ll also work with internal client services leadership and development teams to tailor the trainings

What You Have

  • 5+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years in a corporate training environment, ideally with a SaaS company
  • Experience designing and implementing training programs including training certification programs, ideally for an adult audience
  •  
  • Fluency in learning management systems, presentation tools, and instructional design theories
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time
  • Exceptional communication skills
