Mötley Crüe “Carnival of Sins in Sin City” Las Vegas residency 2027: Dates, presales, tickets and best seats

Las Vegas was practically built for a band like Mötley Crüe. The spectacle, the excess and the larger-than-life performances all fit the city’s energy, and few acts embody the spirit of Sin City quite like the band behind “Kickstart My Heart,” “Dr. Feelgood” and “Girls, Girls, Girls.”

Now, Mötley Crüe is bringing one of its most recognizable productions back to the Strip.

The band has announced “Carnival of Sins in Sin City,” an eight-show Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace from Friday, March 19 through Saturday, April 3, 2027.

The residency revisits the theatrical “Carnival of Sins” concept with new visuals, a fan-voted setlist and songs that have not been performed live in decades. The shows will feature Vince Neil, Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee and John 5.

Presales begin Monday, Oct. 19, with the general onsale scheduled for Friday, Oct. 23 at 10 a.m. Pacific time. With only eight performances at one of Las Vegas’ most recognizable concert venues, fans will want to compare dates, seating options and prices before buying.

Here’s everything to know about Mötley Crüe’s 2027 Las Vegas residency, including the schedule, presale information, ticket prices and tips for finding the best seats.

What is Mötley Crüe’s “Carnival of Sins in Sin City” residency?

Mötley Crüe is returning to Las Vegas for a limited engagement inspired by its 2005 “Carnival of Sins” tour.

That production became known for circus-inspired imagery, elaborate staging and the band’s unapologetically over-the-top rock theatrics. The 2027 residency will build on that concept while introducing new visuals and a setlist shaped by fan voting.

That means fans could hear a different mix of deep cuts and familiar favorites than they would at a standard Mötley Crüe concert. The band has also teased songs returning to the stage for the first time in decades.

Mötley Crüe has previously headlined three Las Vegas engagements:

• “Mötley Crüe Takes On Sin City” in 2012

• “Evening in Hell” in 2013

• “The Las Vegas Residency” in 2025

The upcoming shows bring the current lineup to The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, a theater-style venue that offers a more intimate setting than the arenas and amphitheaters where Mötley Crüe typically performs.

A portion of ticket proceeds will also benefit Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth, an organization supporting young people experiencing homelessness in Southern Nevada.

What are the best seats for Mötley Crüe at The Colosseum?

One advantage of seeing Mötley Crüe in Las Vegas is the venue itself. The Colosseum’s theater-style layout creates a more intimate concert experience than a typical arena and offers several ways to experience the production.

The best seats depend on whether you want to be close to the band, take in the full spectacle or keep your ticket costs manageable.

Best for being close to the action: Orchestra seats

For fans who want to see every guitar solo, drum fill and onstage interaction up close, orchestra seating is worth exploring.

Central orchestra seats offer a direct view of the performers, while seats farther to the sides may provide a different angle on the stage. Front orchestra seats will likely command higher prices, but nearby rows and neighboring sections may offer a similar experience at a lower cost.

Best for the full production: Elevated central seating

With “Carnival of Sins” promising elaborate visuals and theatrical staging, a slightly elevated seat could be a strong choice.

Elevated central sections can make it easier to take in the full stage, including lighting, video screens and coordinated effects that may be harder to appreciate from the closest rows.

Fans who prioritize the overall production over proximity should compare centrally located seats with unobstructed views of the stage.

Best for budget-conscious fans: Upper-level seating

Upper-level sections can be a practical option for fans who want to experience the residency without paying the highest orchestra prices.

The Colosseum’s theater layout keeps the venue more compact than many large arenas, although the exact sightline will depend on the section and row.

Use the interactive map and available seat-view previews on SeatGeek to compare upper-level locations before purchasing.

What to expect at Mötley Crüe’s “Carnival of Sins in Sin City” residency

This is not simply another stop on a Mötley Crüe tour.

The band is bringing the “Carnival of Sins” concept back to Las Vegas, combining its hard-rock anthems with a theatrical production designed for a limited residency.

The original “Carnival of Sins” tour became known for circus-inspired staging, dramatic visual effects and Mötley Crüe’s unapologetic performance style. For 2027, the band has confirmed new visuals and a fan-voted setlist with songs returning to the stage after decades away.

That creates the possibility of a show that feels different from a standard greatest-hits performance. The audience will have a role in shaping the set, while the residency format gives the band room to build a more focused production around the venue.

Exact production details and the final setlist have not yet been announced, but spectacle is expected to be central to the experience.
