Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!May 10

Great tickets at good prices - easy to use app!
Great selection of resale tickets (better than with other apps!). App is easy to use. Pricing states that it includes fees but there is an additional fee upon check-out, similar to other apps.Jun 30
Great app for tickets!
Used mainly for Cavs tickets, but this app and company is great with buying tickets. Even when there is an issue, customer service is excellent and will fix problems. Love Seatgeek!Jun 10
Simple The Best
