So far seat geek has been great… I can see my tickets for my upcoming event.. I didn’t have to search for them.. they were available for as soon as I downloaded the app.. it’s been awesome thus far…Jul 6
This Was Great!!
My first ever concert was Tyler, the Creators Chromakopia world tour in Philly. SeatGeek made not only finding amazing suite seats super easy but made finding parking easy too! Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!Aug 29
Great tickets at good prices - easy to use app!
Great selection of resale tickets (better than with other apps!). App is easy to use. Pricing states that it includes fees but there is an additional fee upon check-out, similar to other apps.Nov 1
