Santana Tickets

Santana's Las Vegas residency will be hosted at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay.

Santana is a legendary American rock band led by guitarist Carlos Santana, one of the most influential and recognizable guitarists in music history. Formed in the late 1960s in San Francisco, the band became famous for its groundbreaking blend of rock, blues, Latin music, jazz, and Afro-Caribbean rhythms. Santana’s sound is defined by Carlos’s expressive, melodic guitar playing layered over percussion-heavy arrangements featuring congas, timbales, and other Latin instruments — a combination that helped introduce Latin rock to mainstream audiences around the world.

The band rose to prominence after a show-stopping performance at the 1969 Woodstock Festival, which catapulted them into the national spotlight even before their debut album was released. Throughout the 1970s, Santana produced classic albums such as Abraxas and Santana III, featuring hits like “Black Magic Woman,” “Oye Como Va,” and “Samba Pa Ti.” Their music became synonymous with a fusion-driven, spiritually inspired style that stood out from other rock acts of the era.

Santana experienced a massive resurgence in 1999 with the Grammy-sweeping album Supernatural, which included global hits like “Smooth” and “Maria Maria.” The record earned nine Grammy Awards and introduced the band to a new generation of listeners. Today, Santana continues to tour internationally, release new music, and maintain a loyal fan base. Carlos Santana remains the band’s creative core, celebrated for both his musical innovation and his message of unity, peace, and transcendence through music.

Santana's most recent studio album is Sentient, released on March 28, 2025 via Candid Records. The project blends reimagined versions of past collaborations and catalog classics with new original material, and features contributions from artists including Cindy Blackman Santana and Smokey Robinson. Sentient serves as a creative touchpoint for the Oneness Tour 2026, with its themes of musical legacy and connection running through the live show.
