Located on the west side of Chicago, the United Center is synonymous with the city itself. The United Center has also become synonymous with winning, what with it being home to two of the most successful runs in American pro sports history thanks to the Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks running through the NBA and NHL at different points.

Of course, the Chicago Bulls most successful period their dominant run in the 1990s. Led by Michael Jordan, one of the greatest NBA stars of all-time, and coached by the legendary Phil Jackson, the Bulls scored two different three-peats in that era. When at their peak, the crowds at United Center can be as intimidating as the players on the floor themselves.

On the ice, the Chicago Blackhawks have seen plenty of success in United Center as well with a run of dominance spanning the majority of the 2010s. Led by Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane, the Blackhawks won multiple Stanley Cups. Not only did they win multiple championships, but they did so with a team that electrified the United Center crowds with an aggressive offensive attack that brought a style not always seen in the NHL.

The United Center is also a hub for entertainment, with some of the top acts in music performing there. Included in the long list of big name performers are the likes of Aerosmith, Barbra Streisand, and even Chicago's own Kanye West. United Center also frequently hosts events such as professional wrestling, along with action in the NCAA Tournament among other high-profile events.

Outside of United Center is a fitting tribute to Michael Jordan, a statue of him in his famous "Jumpman" pose, where he can be properly remembered for all of the great things he accomplished at the venue.
